Polémique autour de l’héritage de leur Daïshi, les enfants du feu DJ Arafat bientôt devant les tribunaux

Après le décès de l’artiste ivoirien feu DJ Arafat, les choses semblent se compliquer davantage pour ses enfants en ce qui concerne l’héritage laissé par leur père, le Daïshi. En effet, selon les informations données par le site Linfodrome, la fortune laissée par le roi de la Yorogang suscite toujours une vive polémique et les enfants du Daïshikan seront bientôt devant les tribunaux.

À quand la fin du film documentaire de la mort de Houon Ange Didier alias Dj Arafat ? Après les épisodes de son inhumation, de la profanation de sa tombe, de son premier anniversaire après sa mort, c’est l’épisode des retombées financières du défunt qui fait désormais surface.

C’est une information qui a été dévoilé récemment par le média «l’infodrome» sur son site officiel. En effet, le site d’information, l’infodrome affirme qu’après la mort de Dj Arafat, ses enfants auraient obtenu de la justice le droit de succession à leur père en juillet dernier. Cependant ses enfants de par la voix de leurs mères se disent «outrés» face à certaines choses qu’ils ont du mal à comprendre plus d’un an après le décès d’Arafat.

Avoir une lumière sur le patrimoine

«Nous sommes outrés par les libertés que vous croyez pouvoir prendre dans le cadre de l’exécution du contrat d’enregistrement exclusif signé par Didier le 25 octobre 2017», ont réclamé les mères des enfants de Dj Arafat.
Les enfants d’Arafat, en qualité d’héritiers, voudraient tout savoir du patrimoine de leur père, affirme toujours le média ivoirien l’infodrome.

Ainsi, dans une mise en demeure adressée à Universal Music Africa, veulent avoir une transparence dans la gestion des droits d’auteur et des contrats signés par Dj Arafat.

Toujours selon l’infodrome, les héritiers de Houon Didier par la voix de leurs mères, estiment qu’après le décès de leur père, il leur revient de droit les droits patrimoniaux et le droit moral de Dj Arafat. Toute chose qui selon eux n’aurait pas été respecté par la maison de disque avec la sortie de “Kong”. Également revendiquent-ils d’avoir un accord préalable avant toute divulgation des œuvres de leur défunt père.

Selon le site d’information ivoirien, cette colère et cette ingérence de les biens financières de feu Dj Arafat d’explique en majeur partie par le fait qu’ils (les enfants) ont découvert que l’album «Renaissance» du Yorobo n’a été déclaré ni à la Sacem ni au Burida. Du coup, ils ne pourront jouir des droits d’auteur afférant à cet album.

Une stratégie

Une stratégie selon eux qui pourra dans un premier temps interpeller Universal Music Africa sous réserve de saisir les juridictions compétentes pour trancher sur cette affaire.

L’infodrome ajoute avoir reçu une bombe de source sûre affirmant qu’après le paiement de près de 60 millions F CFA à Dj Arafat lors de sa signature de contrat pour trois albums avec sa maison de disques, un salaire devrait en effet lui être dû. Une bombe qui a du moins choqué les enfants de Dj Arafat et qui voudraient aussi avoir les détails au terme de ce contrat.
